M/s Antrix Construction Pvt. Ltd. was established in January 2015 with an aim to provide an entire spectrum of quality services related to engineering, procurement and construction (EPC). The company was founded by construction and interior-decorator experts, Kailash Chandra Garkoti and Arun Joshi. Its registered office is situated in Lado Sarai, New Delhi.
Under the entire gamut of EPC the company provides expert services in civil and interior work, PEB Structural Shed, office interior, restaurant interior, school renovations, residential interior work including plumbing, sewage, fire fighting and electrical works as per requirements and preferences of the clients.
With an efficient and effective planning before the initiation of any project and adoption of latest technique the company ensures major cost reduction and cost control aiding in conservation of precious resources.
Project management, Inventory Control, Quality Management with safety provisions and introduction of Risk Management, Scope Management and Resource Management- all these are undertaken and executed by the company to provide maximum benefit with minimum cost.

A diploma holder, he has over 15 years experience in the construction and interior design industry. Prior to Antrix Construction, he was associated with AB Design Habit & Co. Pvt. Ltd. (1999-2003), Studio Lotus (2003-2010) and Flair Construction (2010-2015).

He is a qualified Civil Engineer with a degree in B.E.- Civil. He has vast experience with corporate (across industry sectors), individual and builders project of very high value and esteem.
